Gwen Stefani visits her own brick-built band at LEGOLAND California

While visiting LEGOLAND California with her family, singer Gwen Stefani spotted a brick-built band that looked awfully familiar.

Sporting the obligatory LEGOLAND dragon hat, Stefani shared a few images from her visit to the LEGOLAND resort in California. In particular, she spotted a white and beige brick-built stage with four Minilander musicians that sparked a memory for her.

“Gosh this LEGO band reminds me of something,” Stefani wrote on Instagram. “I just can’t put my finger on it.”

These musicians, as fans were quick to notice in the comments, are of course the band members of No Doubt, fronted by Gwen Stefani herself. She was joined by guitarist Tom Dumont, bassist Tony Kanal, and drummer Adrian Young for the band’s multi-year stints between 1986 and 2004, and then between 2008 and 2015.

LEGOLAND California also jumped in on the joke, commenting, ‘There’s no doubt we know who it is!’, coupled with a winky face emoji. Other fans took the opportunity to call for a band reunion in the comments (in real-life, not in brick form), wanting to hear the band perform together life one more time.

The No Doubt display is just one of 30,000 LEGO models dotted throughout the park, created out of more than 60 million LEGO bricks. You can see them for yourself by visiting LEGOLAND California, or one of the other nine LEGOLAND parks in Billund, California, Florida, New York, Malaysia, Dubai, Windsor, Japan, Korea, and Germany.
