Take a look inside the LEGO Star Wars The Force of Creativity book

You can now take an extended look inside the 312-page LEGO Star Wars The Force of Creativity as new images have surfaced on the online store.

The LEGO Group has shared detailed images of The Force of Creativity – authored by former Brick Fanatics editor Graham E. Hancock – showcasing 22 full pages of the book. As expected, they’re filled with sketches, interviews and newly revealed details from 25 years of LEGO Star Wars

Of particular note are the early concept sketches for everyone from a Boss Nass minifigure to Jek-14 and there’s a lot that we can learn about the theme already.

The anecdote about an AT-AT building event for Star Wars Celebration 2020 that was cancelled due to the worldwide pandemic is especially interesting and it’s unlikely that this news would have surfaced in any other way beyond this book.

This is only 7% of the full £129.99 / $149.99 / €149.99 book and The Force of Creativity launches on July 20 but pre-orders start on May 1. Take note though that it will not be eligible for any of the gifts-with-purchase available during May the 4th. You can find out what to expect from the event by clicking here.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
