Last chance for LEGO 40590 Houses of the World 2 GWP

Today is (probably) your last chance to bag LEGO 40590 Houses of the World 2, just in time for the newly-revealed third entry in the gift-with-purchase series.

Returning to LEGO.com and LEGO Stores following an initial run in April, 40590 Houses of the World 2 is the second in a four-part series of gifts-with-purchase, available with all orders above £220 / $250 / €250. This second window of availability is rapidly closing, however, as the freebie will only be available through the end of June 28 (or while stocks last).

Readers with a keen eye on the calendar will note that that is today, so you’ve only got a matter of hours left to grab this VIP-exclusive GWP. Unless it comes back again further down the line, which you can’t rule out at this stage – but is also not guaranteed. And if you want a complete collection of Houses of the World sets, well… do you want to take that risk?

40590 Houses of the World 2 draws on traditional North African homes for its architecture and aesthetics, building on the Central America-inspired building in 40583 Houses of the World 1. We’ve only got the one blurry image of 40594 Houses of the World 3 so far, but it suggests the series will be travelling to Scandinavian territory next, recreating an alpine lodge.

There’s no word yet on when that presumed GWP will drop, but it can’t be too far away now. In the meantime, take advantage of these last few hours of availability for 40590 Houses of the World 2 by heading over to LEGO.com.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
