LEGO Icons 10363 Leonardo da Vinci’s Flying Machine tested

LEGO Icons 10363 Leonardo da Vinci’s Flying Machine swoops onto shelves next year and we’re putting this hypothetical recreation to the test.

The winged and historical LEGO Icons 10363 Leonardo da Vinci’s Flying Machine isn’t far from its release in early 2025 and we’ve had the chance to go hands-on with the new build, including finding out whether the model with its flapping function can actually fly.

The answer probably won’t surprise you, and thankfully, that’s not quite the only aspect of the set we’ve examined in our latest YouTube video. You can find out more by tuning in now via the embed below or by clicking here.

10363 Leonardo da Vinci’s Flying Machine uses 493 pieces to recreate the ornithopter based on Leonardo da Vinci’s design as well as a minifigure of the famous figure and a display stand.

It’s functional too, as you can see in our new video showcasing every aspect of the model before next year. Our in-depth review of the set is available to read by clicking here while you wait for this historic set to launch.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
