LEGO 2K Drive adds digital versions of physical brick-built vehicles

Digital versions of seven physical brick-built vehicles have now raced into LEGO 2K Drive to boost your collection of sweet rides.

LEGO 2K Drive is continuing to receive plenty of support from the game’s developer, with a recent software update adding the much-anticipated Creators Hub to the title. The feature gives players the ability to share their vehicular creations with others around the world and download cars to fill out their own garages.

The latest update to LEGO 2K Drive now comes in the shape of three digital versions of physical LEGO City sets that were released earlier this month. 60395 Combo Race Pack, 60396 Modified Race Cars and 60397 Monster Truck Race all launched on August 1, with the trio of builds based around the game’s unique vehicles and wacky drivers.

The very same four-wheeled rides can also now be unlocked in LEGO 2K Drive by heading over to Unkie’s Emporium and dropping 10,000 Brick Bux on each vehicle. Alternatively, simply visit any of the garages dotted around Bricklandia and you’ll be able to add the cars to your collection before taking them for a spin.

The line-up of new LEGO 2K Drive vehicles includes Red Racer, Yellow Strike, Blue Waverider, Tangy Trekker, Plum Rocket, Guacamonster and the Scullywagon. In addition, a LEGO Ideas competition is currently asking fans to vote on which of the 25 successful shortlisted designs for a brick-built LEGO 2K Drive vehicle inspired by the game will win a mountain of must-have prizes.
