LEGO 40500 Wizarding World Minifigure Accessory Set officially revealed

The next LEGO Harry Potter minifigure accessory set is now listed on the official online store, revealing the identities of the wizards and witches within.

40500 Wizarding World Minifigure Accessory Set has been listed on LEGO.com amongst other summer sets, including those for Friends. Not only does this tell us the price and release date of the pack, but it also shows us just who the characters included are.

It turns out that only two of the minifigures are named, one of which being Harry Potter and the other being Mr Borgin of Borgin and Burkes in Knockturn Alley. The other two characters are just regular wizards for use throughout your Harry Potter models.

Mr Borgin’s appearance here may not fit too well in any of the current LEGO Harry Potter sets, with his shop being in a location that has yet to be recreated in modern sets. However, 75978 Diagon Alley did include a Technic connection point where the darker of the shopping streets would be located. Could this minifigure appearance be a sign of an upcoming Knockturn Alley build?

We’ll let you know if that turns out to be the case but, in the meantime, the models in the set are a small table with some acid pops, a list of Dumbledore’s Army members and more. 40500 Wizarding World Minifigure Accessory Set is due for release on June 1 for £13.49 / $14.99 / €14.99
