LEGO Disney 43222 Disney Castle designer signing event announced

Fans can meet two designers behind the creation of the upcoming LEGO Disney 43222 Disney Castle next month and get their sets signed.

The LEGO Group last week revealed official details of 43222 Disney Castle, with the 4,837-piece build being the latest to celebrate the House of Mouse’s centenary. The LEGO Disney set will launch online and in-stores on July 1 for VIP members and for everyone else on July 4. The Disney 100 model will be priced at £344.99 / $399.99 / €399.99 and measures 80cm tall, 59cm wide and 33cm deep.

To celebrate the upcoming release of 43222 Disney Castle, two of the designers behind the creation of the LEGO Disney build will be taking part in a special in-person signing event next month. Fans who head down to the LEGO Store Leicester Square on July 1 can meet Ryan Van Woerkom and Niken Ayumurti Hartomo from 10am to 11am. VIPs looking to pick up 43222 Disney Castle in person on the day will also be able to get their new LEGO Disney sets signed by the designers, with the model also available in Collector’s Edition packaging for a limited time.

43222 Disney Castle launches on July 1 for VIP members priced at £344.99 / $399.99 / €399.99, before getting a wider release at LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores on July 4. All LEGO Disney purchases above £95 / $100 / €100 will get a free 40600 Disney 100 Years Celebration GWP set from July 1 to 9, while stocks last.
