LEGO Art 31214 LOVE 2025 set officially revealed

Another LEGO 2025 set has been revealed in the form of LEGO Art 31214 LOVE, based on the sculpture and artwork of artist Robert Indiana.

LEGO Art is leaning into the collaboration with the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) again (technically) next year with a recreation of Robert Indiana’s iconic LOVE painting.

This painting was designed for their annual Christmas card in this colour scheme, but a sculpture of the artwork has also toured the world as part of a series created in 1970 (based on the Christmas card), most closely resembling the LEGO replica and likely acting as the inspiration for it.

The 791-piece 31214 LOVE will be available next year starting on January 1, 2025, for £69.99 / $79.99 / €79.99, but pre-orders are also open now. The completed build measures 25cm wide, tall, and 6cm deep.

“As a design professional and enthusiast, I have long admired Robert Indiana’s work. His artistic language has become synonymous with pop-art and LOVE in its many mediums represents this like no other,” said Mani Zamani, LEGO Art Designer about the collaboration coming in time for LOVE’s 55th anniversary.

“It has been a personal honour to help bring this iconic and vibrant piece to life in LEGO brick form, to decorate the homes of pop-art and LEGO fans alike.”

31214 LOVE joins the list of rumoured and confirmed LEGO Art sets coming in 2025 as the first officially confirmed entry.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
