LEGO Build a Minifigure embraces NINJAGO Dragons Rising
The Build a Minifigure selection for June 2023 is based on NINJAGO and the new Dragons Rising characters with exclusive minifigures to collect.
As rumoured previously, the latest Build a Minifigure offerings are, mostly, based on LEGO NINJAGO with familiar and brand new minifigures to grab, as Jay’s Brick Blog has via Hanobrix. Arin and Sora have received exclusive torso and face prints with new expressions different from their minifigures in any other NINJAGO Dragons Rising set.
Sora’s outfit is decidedly more casual than any of their other minifigures, but unfortunately, she is missing her arm printing. Still, these should pair great with 71799 NINJAGO City Markets and it’s a good way to pick up Sora’s pink hair outside of the massive NINJAGO City set.
The rest of the LEGO NINJAGO minifigures consist of a generic dojo student using the same torso print from 71787 Creative Ninja Brick Box and the Core versions of Kai, Lloyd and Nya. These minifigures aren’t too hard to find or arguably as interesting as Sora and Arin but still may interest those newer to the theme.
As always, these minifigures should be available for a limited time in physical LEGO stories, usually sorted into packs of three, but there is no guarantee that your local will have stock so keep expectations in place. In our experience, they’re usually easy to come by in physical stores.
