As ever, the exciting part of this DK release for AFOLs is the exclusive minifigure that’s bundled in with it. Unfortunately, only preliminary cover art is available at the moment, so there’s no word on which character will come with the book. Alongside a minifigure, it also promises an exclusive 2-in-1 model, bookmarks and a poster.
You’ll get all that for £19.99 if you pre-order now, though the price of these books usually drops shortly after release. Either way, there’s a while to wait: the book isn’t due for release until July 4, 2019. Hopefully by then we’ll already have seen a second and possibly third wave of LEGO Wizarding World sets.
In the meantime, don’t forget to check out our verdict on the first wave of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts sets, including 75956 Quidditch Match and 75951 Grindelwald’s Escape. You can also go behind the scenes on Fantastic Beasts with Mark Stafford in our exclusive LEGO designer interview.
