Every LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts set (2024-present) – May 2026 update

Another addition to the ‘most detailed LEGO Hogwarts ever’ is on the way this summer, so here’s how the current system is shaping up – and the cheapest place to buy them all right now.

76473 Hogwarts Castle: East Wing is the biggest standalone section of the current Hogwarts line-up by piece count, and lands on shelves June 1 for £229.99 / $269.99 / €249.99. It’s also the 14th set in this range, and together – as you’d imagine – they add up to a not-insignificant price. At retail, the combined cost of all 14 sets is a staggering £1,057.87 / $1,217.87 / €1,187.87.

The true price of buying them all right now is quite different, however: some of the sets have retired, so you’ll need to turn to the secondary market for those; one is a gift-with-purchase also only available on the aftermarket now; and several of the currently-available sets are discounted at third-party retailers.

Listed below are every single LEGO Hogwarts set in the current modular system, which the LEGO Group has described as ‘the most detailed Hogwarts ever’ (and you know what, fair enough at this point). We’ve also scoured the web for the best prices right now to help you complete your collection. Scroll the table for the list at a glance, then keep reading for set-by-set guides and deals.

76426 Hogwarts Castle Boathouse

Price: £31.99 / $37.99 / €37.99 Pieces: 350 Release: Mar 1, 2024 Retired: Dec 31, 2025

76426 Hogwarts Castle Boathouse has retired now, but remains a key ingredient in realising the full silhouette of the wizarding school – so it’s with some relief that it’s available brand new and sealed for around its original RRP on BrickLink. It attaches directly to the Great Hall and includes Harry, Hermione, Neville and Dean alongside Professor McGonagall.

76428 Hagrid’s Hut: An Unexpected Visit

Price: £64.99 / $74.99 / €74.99 Pieces: 896 Release: Mar 1, 2024 Retired: Dec 31, 2025

If you’re just looking to build out Hogwarts itself you can probably skip 76428 Hagrid’s Hut: An Unexpected Visit, but if you want the true castle-and-grounds experience you’re going to need this one. Fortunately, it saw heavy discounts while on shelves, so you can still pick it up well below RRP on the aftermarket.

76430 Hogwarts Castle Owlery

Price: £39.99 / $44.99 / €44.99 Pieces: 364 Release: Mar 1, 2024 Retired: Dec 31, 2025

Curiously enough, one of the earliest entries in this system doesn’t connect to the rest of the school at all. Instead, 76430 Hogwarts Castle Owlery stands alone in the grounds, but feels a little more essential than Hagrid’s Hut given it’s still a part of the castle architecture. Good thing it’s still pretty cheap on BrickLink.

76431 Hogwarts Castle: Potions Class

Price: £34.99 / $39.99 / €39.99 Pieces: 397 Release: Jun 1, 2024 Retired: Dec 31, 2025

76431 Hogwarts Castle: Potions Class is one of several rooms in the castle that can be swapped out with others within larger sets like the Great Hall, but as all those gaps come filled already you’re going to end up with surplus models. Still, these sets are good if you want options, and the potions class is certainly one of the better options – especially while it’s also below RRP on the secondary market.

76435 Hogwarts Castle: The Great Hall

Price: £169.99 / $199.99 / €199.99 Pieces: 1,732 Release: Jun 1, 2024 Retiring: Jul 31, 2026

While you might not consider every set on this list essential to the current Hogwarts setup, there are some that you truly do need – including 76435 Hogwarts Castle: The Great Hall. It’s the anchor for so many others and a real focal point for the school, but act fast if you want to start this collection soon, as it’s retiring by the end of July. Sales are few and far between right now (perhaps as a result), but Very has it for £164.99.

76441 Hogwarts Castle: Dueling Club

Price: £19.99 / $24.99 / €24.99 Pieces: 158 Release: Jan 1, 2025 Retired: Dec 31, 2025

If you’re looking for alternative décor for your Great Hall, consider 76441 Hogwarts Castle: Dueling Club, which adapts events from the Chamber of Secrets. The tables in the hall can be swapped out for the duelling podium, and while that makes this a very scene-specific set – so hardly essential – it’s still a nice way to flesh out the display without breaking the bank, even via BrickLink.

76442 Hogwarts Castle: Charms Class

Price: £17.99 / $19.99 / €19.99 Pieces: 204 Release: Jan 1, 2025 Retiring: Dec 31, 2026

Another classroom that slots into the Great Hall, 76442 Hogwarts Castle: Charms Class doesn’t necessarily add much from a display perspective but is a fun one if you’re building this with younger family members who might want to pull it out to play. It’s slightly reduced at Amazon UK at the time of writing.

76447 Hogwarts Castle: Flying Lessons

Price: £69.99 / $79.99 / €79.99 Pieces: 651 Release: Jan 1, 2025 Retiring: Dec 31, 2026

Like the Owlery, 76447 Hogwarts Castle: Flying Lessons technically stands alone from the rest of the castle, but still earns its place on the list of essential sections thanks to its quality execution and stacked minifigure cast (this is the only place you’ll find Madam Hooch and Oliver Wood across these sets). It’s exclusive to Amazon in the UK, so deals are rare, but it does get discounted every now and then…

76445 Hogwarts Castle: Herbology Class

Price: £44.99 / $49.99 / €49.99 Pieces: 390 Release: Jun 1, 2025 Retiring: Dec 31, 2026

Another one for the grounds here, but it’s a doozy: probably the best Herbology class the LEGO Harry Potter theme has ever put out in any form, with plenty of colourful details to pop against the otherwise overwhelmingly tan exterior of the wizarding school. 76445 Hogwarts Castle: Herbology Class is retiring at the end of this year, and is currently marked down to just £31 at retailers including John Lewis and Very.

76454 Hogwarts Castle: The Main Tower

Price: £229.99 / $259.99 / €249.99 Pieces: 2,135 Release: Jun 1, 2025 Retiring: Jul 31, 2027

At the time of release, 76454 Hogwarts Castle: The Main Tower was the biggest individual section of this modular system, but is about to be pipped by the East Wing. Like that set and the Great Hall, though, this one is pretty much a requirement if you’re investing in these sets: together the trio form the bulk of the castle’s silhouette. Fortunately, it’s currently £70 off at Amazon and Very.

76460 Hogwarts Castle: Sorting Hat Ceremony

Price: £12.99 / $14.99 / €14.99 Pieces: 124 Release date: Jan 1, 2026 Retiring: Dec 31, 2027

If the dining tables and duelling club podium aren’t doing it for you, 76460 Hogwarts Castle: Sorting Hat Ceremony offers another option for the space inside the Great Hall. This one recreates the Sorting Hat scene from the first movie (no prizes for guessing that one), and serves up a minifigure medley for a very low price. It’s even lower at Very and John Lewis right now, too.

76463 Hogwarts Castle: Hospital Wing

Price: £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 Pieces: 907 Release date: January 1, 2026 LEGO: Buy now

Is 76463 Hogwarts Castle: Hospital Wing as essential to the makeup of the school as the Great Hall, Main Tower and East Wing? You know what… it just might be. It fleshes out the space to the right of the tower and provides a connection point for the viaduct, after all. This one’s frequently discounted too – you can score it at Amazon or Very for only £66.99 at the time of writing.

76473 Hogwarts Castle: East Wing

Price: £229.99 / $269.99 / €249.99 Pieces: 2,164 Release date: June 1, 2026 LEGO: Buy now

The latest and greatest (at least by piece count) section of Hogwarts arrives on shelves next month and is available to pre-order at LEGO.com now. 76473 Hogwarts Castle: East Wing completes the school as seen in 71043 Hogwarts Castle, although 76419 Hogwarts Castle and Grounds is a good reminder that there’s still more to cover if the LEGO Harry Potter designers so choose…

40770 Hogwarts Castle: Room of Requirement

Price: Gift-with-purchase Pieces: 202 Release date: September 1, 2025 LEGO: GWP

Finally, there’s 40770 Hogwarts Castle: Room of Requirement, a section of the castle that was given away with qualifying purchases at LEGO.com in 2025. There’s no way to get this one now other than the aftermarket, but thankfully it’s not that expensive at BrickLink, with new copies starting at around £20 plus shipping. It can slot into the base of the Great Hall and offers decent play opportunities for younger fans.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
