LEGO Harry Potter summer sets cover Privet Drive to the Forbidden Forest

Diversity is the name of the game when it comes to the LEGO Harry Potter summer 2025 wave, revealed in full across different retailers.

As well as expanding the new brick-built version of Hogwarts Castle, the summer wave of LEGO Harry Potter sets also journeys to other parts of the Wizarding World, from the Muggle realm with Privet Drive with 76451 Aunt Marge’s Visit to the depths of the Forbidden Forest with 76458 Thestral Family.

The sets have been revealed partly on LEGO.com and partly by German retailer JB Spielwaren. Read on for full galleries of seven new sets. Because after all, isn’t seven the most magical wizarding number?

76449 Chomping Monster Book of Monsters

Price: £54.99 $59.99 / €59.99 Pieces: 518 Release date: June 1, 2025

If this was to scale, we can see why the minifigure Neville is so scared of 76449 Chomping Monster Book of Monsters. The brick-built book appears to be close to lifesize, as it would have been to Harry and the other students, but it also accompanied by a minifigure-scale version of the book for Neville to hold – or be chased by if you’re feeling mean with your display.

I write about all the very best fandoms – and that means LEGO, of course. Spending so much time looking at and talking about LEGO sets is dangerous for my bank balance, but the LEGO shelves are thriving. You win some, you lose some.
