LEGO Icons 10326 Natural History Museum gift-with-purchase revealed

Lifestyle images of LEGO Icons 10326 Natural History Museum reveal the upcoming modular building may be getting a companion GWP set.

The LEGO Group today revealed full details of 10326 Natural History Museum, the latest addition to the LEGO Modular Buildings Collection. Launching on December 1 and priced at £259.99 / $299.99 / €299.99, the LEGO Icons model is already available for pre-order.

Coming in at a whopping 4,014 pieces, the two-storey museum sits on 48×32-stud baseplates and is just slightly larger than the previous biggest LEGO Modular Buildings Collection set, 10255 Assembly Square. Packed with detail and filled with historical exhibits, 10326 Natural History Museum includes seven minifigures, an orrery, fossils, a model of the Earth’s crust and even a brachiosaurus skeleton stretching over both floors.

In addition, a closer look at the lifestyle images for 10326 Natural History Museum reveals that the LEGO Icons model may also be getting its own companion GWP set, as a small blue and white food truck can clearly be spotted parked next to the modular building.

From what we can see, the four-wheeled vehicle seems to include two minifigures, one serving tasty snacks from inside the food truck and a customer looking to make a purchase. Also of note is the truck’s red and white opening side awning, plus a brick-built hotdog, condiments and a sandwich board.

There’s been no official word from the LEGO Group regarding a potential GWP being released to accompany the launch of 10326 Natural History Museum or what the possible spending threshold might be to obtain such a promotional set. As soon as we have any additional details regarding the existence of the model, we’ll let you know.

Previous LEGO Modular Buildings Collection releases have had their own GWPs, such as 10297 Boutique Hotel receiving 40532 Vintage Taxi and 40586 Moving Truck arriving alongside 10312 Jazz Club, so there’s certainly already a precedent for such companion sets.

10326 Natural History Museum will be released on December 1 for £259.99 / $299.99 / €299.99 and you can find out more about the upcoming LEGO Icons set in our visual tour and gallery here.
