LEGO Ideas 21345 Polaroid Camera rumoured for January 2024
Rumours for a LEGO Ideas set coming in January 2024 suggest that Minibrick Productions’ Polaroid Camera isn’t far from release.
The Polaroid OneStep SX-70 might be the first LEGO Ideas model for 2024, according to exabrickslegogo_ on Instagram. Believed to have the set number of 21345, which was first reported towards the end of June, it’s one of several projects currently in production for a future model.
This model is rumoured to be launching on January 1 with 516 pieces for $79.99. The original submission from Minibrick Productions uses 538, for comparison, suggesting that there could be a lot of similarities between the initial and final model.
The $79.99 price tag contrasts with the rumoured piece count of 516, though this could be to account for electronic elements including a light brick or another unique feature.
It’s worth noting that LEGO Creator is rumoured to be launching 31147 Retro Camera in January but with less than half the reported pieces. It could be a good month for LEGO and camera enthusiasts, as long as the two are sufficiently different.
As always, take this and any other LEGO rumour with a pinch of salt as the LEGO Group has not yet confirmed when we’ll be able to buy the LEGO Ideas Polaroid OneStep SX-70 set.
