LEGO Ideas 21361 Gizmo rumoured for October 2025

Another LEGO Ideas rumour has surfaced, stating that Terauma’s Gizmo model is coming this year as one of the most affordable builds so far.

The reliable lego_minecraft_goat on Instagram has shared, via Grimey, that the upcoming LEGO Ideas Gizmo set has a release date of October 2025 as well as a set number and name of 21361 Gizmo. The rumoured model is also stated to be priced at $99.99 / €99.99, which would make it one of the most affordable LEGO Ideas sets released in 2025 so far.

Terauma’s Gizmo project was pitched in an ’80s LEGO Ideas challenge, where it was selected as one of two winners alongside A The Goonies model. The rumour only concerns the Gremlins build.

Terauma’s original submission depicted Gizmo with only 400 pieces, as well as a Rambo style that you can decorate the original Gizmo figure with, swapping the mouth and adding the relevant accessories as instructed.

The 1984 movie is confirmed to be getting a LEGO Ideas set at point in the future, based on Terauma’s contest-winning submission, but all other information is only rumoured at the time of writing and should be taken with caution.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
