Every LEGO Ideas set in production – May 2025
The reveal of two new LEGO Ideas models has reduced the list of every LEGO Ideas set currently in production, following a rumour of another build.
Both 21357 Luxo Jr. and 21358 Minifigure Vending Machine are being released early next month, officially moving them off the list of LEGO Ideas sets currently in production after their official reveals. With a focus on display and minifigures respectively, the duo are certain to diversify the current array of LEGO Ideas sets on shelves.
Looking beyond those two sets, rumour has it that 2025 has quite a few LEGO Ideas sets still to come over the next six months, but keep in mind that these are only rumoured details at the time of writing. At least one new set will be revealed at the very end of May 2025 as well, via the A Twist of Nostalgia challenge.

The next LEGO Ideas set is reported to be just over two months away, and while we wait to find out more, here’s an updated guide to every LEGO Ideas set currently in production for 2025 and beyond, based on fans’ pitched designs.
Moon Car
Enchanting Noodle’s Moon Car was approved alongside 40786 Micro Command Centre and that LEGO Insiders reward has been available for a little while now. There’s still no sign of the futuristic car, but you might want to brace for some significant changes to the fan design after what happened with 40786 Micro Command Centre
The Autumn Snails
The Autumn Snails by Jagamax is scheduled to become a future gift-with-purchase with a specifically-named ideal time of year to be released. Whether we will see the LEGO snails debut this autumn or not, this model is sure to be an interesting gift-with-purchase when it is eventually transformed from pitch to product.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Roberto Ceruti and Jody Padulano’s LEGO Charlie and the Chocolate Factory set is practically certain to be a hit whenever it is released. The original design proposes a recreation of the chocolate river with a waterfall, inspired in part by the 1971 film.
The Italian Riviera
Alex Sahli’s The Italian Riviera has been the subject of a few LEGO Ideas rumours lately, with recent word positing a release in August. Whether that is true has yet to be seen, but one thing is certain – it’s going to be a vibrant build when it lands on shelves.
The Goonies (1985)
Delusion Brick’s The Goonies model was picked as one of two winners in an ’80s challenge on LEGO Ideas, but we’re still waiting to see how their massive build is going to be transformed into an official product. The ship submission is similar to 75936 Jurassic Park T. rex Rampage, with various scenes from the film populating the interior of a movie icon.
Gizmo
Terauma’s Gizmo model, based on the Gremlins franchise, is going to be in some competition with 75403 Grogu with Hover Pram when it is eventually turned into an official LEGO Ideas set. Alternatively, it might pair perfectly with the LEGO Star Wars set and any other Grogu figures that inevitably follow.
Minerals Display
The Minerals Display by ddf72 is a unique pitch for a LEGO Ideas set, and will offer something drastically different to any other model in the theme when it is released. It depicts six minerals displayed on ornate shelves and while we can see the latter aspect being cut in favour of more minerals, a LEGO place to display them would be appreciated.
Love Birds
ModularManiac’s Love Birds was picked as the grand prize winner of the Build from the Heart challenge and is now guaranteed for a LEGO Ideas set. It might be one to look out for at the start of each year, given it’s intrinsic relevance to Valentine’s Day in February.
Floating Sea Otter
Maximilian Lambrecht’s Floating Sea Otter sculpture will be an adorable figure when it is released in LEGO Ideas in the future. At the time of writing, this is one of the most recent LEGO Ideas sets to be approved, and we probably won’t hear any news on this project for some time.
Snoopy – Campfire
Bossofdos64 has successfully pitched the first LEGO Snoopy set. It was approved at the same time as Maximilian Lambrecht’s Floating Sea Otter, and it is unlikely to have any official updates for a while. The licensed nature of this model might see it pulled forward in the production, or equally pushed back to handle the franchise with care.
