LEGO Ideas 40335 Space Rocket Ride deal is back

LEGO Ideas 40335 Space Rocket Ride is back as a gift with purchase freebie at the official LEGO online shop, while stocks last.

To celebrate the anniversary of the first Moon landing, LEGO Ideas 40335 Space Rocket Ride is back – but only until stock runs out. The fun little set is free with any order totalling £85 or more at shop.LEGO.com. Whatmakes this particular gift with purchase model unique is that it was inspired by a LEGO fan.

A set that qualifies for the free item is the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission set, LEGO Creator Expert 10266 NASA Apollo 11 Lunar Lander.

Another space themed promotion currently running is a LEGO City double VIP points deal. Two of the theme’s new releases are 60227 Lunar Space Station and 60228 Deep Space Rocket and Launch Control, both of which are eligible for double VIP points for the whole of July.

LEGO Ideas 40335 Moments In Space 1 1024x768

Last year, the LEGO Group asked fans to submit product ideas to the Moments in Space contest, with Mark Smiley’s submission winning the grand prize and becoming this official gift with purchase model. A motion built into the set allows the spaceship to rock back and forth, just like the rides it is based on.
