LEGO Ideas Voice Experiences contest seeks voice command ideas

A new LEGO Ideas contest is offering a huge prize package to three winners who dream up the future of LEGO voice technology.

The latest LEGO Ideas contest wants fans to think a bit differently and instead of build something, come up with an idea for how the LEGO brick and voice technology could be combined. Using text and a drawing, entrants should come up with a way that voice commands could be integrated into the LEGO experience.

From October 24, other LEGO Ideas users will be able to vote for their favourite suggestions and choose the winning entry.

Three winners will get an impressive prize package, consisting of:

lego

Star Wars BOOST 75253 Droid Commander
Technic 42099 4×4 X-Treme Off-Roader
DC Super Heroes 76112 Batman App-Controlled Batmobile
City 60197 Passenger Train
Disney 71044 Disney Train and Station

Fans can enter at the LEGO Ideas competition website.

All entries must be in by 6.00am EST on October 17. A judging panel from the Build & Connect Design team will choose 20 entries to go forward to the fan vote.

The second LEGO Ideas product ideas review for 2019 was recently announced, with 10 projects having achieved 10,000 votes and qualifying for review this time.
