Early LEGO Insiders Weekend discounts available now

LEGO Insiders Weekend doesn’t kick off properly until tomorrow, but discounts on new and retiring sets are available from today. Here’s how to claim yours…

The LEGO Group’s Black Friday precursor event takes place from November 18 to 19, and is headlined by double Insiders points and up to three gifts-with-purchase in a single order. Before any of that gets underway, though, the company has slashed prices on a wide range of sets online – and you can take advantage of those discounts right now (or in a few hours, if you’re in the US).

Some of the most tantalising deals include £50 / $60 / €60 off 10255 Assembly Square, £32 / $35 / €35 off 21325 Medieval Blacksmith and £50 / $60 / €50 off 75309 Republic Gunship. All three of those sets are due to retire by the end of the year, so this could be your last chance to grab them at a discount. Offers vary by region – US customers can save $100 on 10307 Eiffel Tower, for example, but no such deal is available in the UK and Europe – but you can check them all out in the table below.

Of course, the smart thing to do would be to wait until tomorrow, when you can combine these deals with the rest of the LEGO Insiders Weekend offers. But there are no guarantees that the retiring sets, such as 21325 Medieval Blacksmith and 75309 Republic Gunship, will remain in stock for that long. Whether you risk hanging on or bite the bullet and place your order today is entirely up to you.

Bear in mind too, though, that you’ll need to first claim a discount code for each of these offers in the Insiders Rewards Centre – and the LEGO Group says you can only use one per order. So if you’re hoping to reach the £220 / $250 / €250 threshold for 40601 Majisto’s Magical Workshop by buying several of these sets, you’re out of luck. That may help you to decide whether to go ahead and purchase them while they’re definitely still in stock…

Click here to check out the full list of LEGO Insiders Weekend deals available from tomorrow, and head over to LEGO.com to claim your discounted sets right now. Don’t forget to visit the Insiders Reward Centre to claim the discount codes for your chosen sets, which you can then enter at checkout at LEGO.com.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
