LEGO 40530 Jane Goodall Tribute GWP starts tomorrow
The next LEGO deal is just around the corner as the 40530 Jane Goodall Tribute GWP is hours away from being offered on the official online store.
With a lower price threshold than the £200 / $200 / €200 needed for 40532 Vintage Taxi at the start of the year, 40530 Jane Goodall Tribute is the latest in a collection of tribute models paying homage to influential people throughout history.
The tribute line of promotional sets so far has included 40410 Charles Dickens Tribute in 2020 and 40450 Amelia Earhart Tribute in 2021. Notably, the release of both 40450 Amelia Earhart Tribute in 2021 and 40530 Jane Goodall Tribute in 2022 land near International Women’s Day, which is on March 8 this year.
As noted in our review of the upcoming promotional model, 40530 Jane Goodall Tribute is excellent value compared to other recent gift-with-purchases from the LEGO Group. When taking into account the three chimp elements from Collectible Minifigures Series 5 and 7, it might be even more desirable for the currently-exclusive LEGO animal.
While it’s debatable whether or not that’s a marketing tactic, with the recent release of new sets on March 1 there should be more than enough to tempt you into getting the build free in your basket tomorrow, March 3.
Alternatively, you might be choosing to wait on grabbing the free model until the upcoming US double VIP points event from March 12 to 14, but be warned that 40530 Jane Goodall Tribute is only available while stocks last.
