January 1 is one of the biggest LEGO shopping days of the year, so we've done all the prep to make sure you're informed before you make your purchases.
There are dozens of LEGO sets about to drop on LEGO.com and in stores on January 1, 2025 – but not all of them are made equal. From a new modular building and the return of an iconic classic Space faction to the start of the official LEGO Formula 1 collection and some Harry Potter and Marvel experiments, there's a lot to take in.
We've picked out some of the most talked about LEGO sets and broken down what to love, what to avoid, and what you'll need to make your own mind up on. Read on for the highlights and the lowlights of the January 1 LEGO releases.
LEGO Icons 10335 Blacktron Renegade

The LEGO Group’s latest nostalgia experiment reaches back into the late ‘80s and resurrects the first ‘evil’ Classic Space faction in 10355 Blacktron Renegade, a souped-up and supersized take on 1987’s 6954 Renegade. It’s a little more niche than 2022’s 10497 Galaxy Explorer, but has the benefit of being a 2-in-1 set – it can rebuild into an upgraded 6876 Alienator – so may tempt fans of a certain vintage to double-dip.
10355 Blacktron Renegade comes in at £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99, or the same price as 2022’s 90th-anniversary remake of 497 Galaxy Explorer, and if you own that set you’ll probably want this one to reenact the space wars you staged as a kid. But if you don’t have that same connection with the original Blacktron, you might find this a more difficult purchase to justify.
“It looks cool and I think actually compares favourably with the original Renegade – I prefer that it is sturdier, and I think it is better looking too. It was another fun build, even if there weren't any challenges or many 'wow' moments. The reintroduction of the 1x2 sloped console piece as a virtually unaltered element is a delightful surprise... This new version is more of an upscale and an upgrade than simply a remix of the Renegade!”
New Elementary
| Pros of 10355 Blacktron Renegade | Cons of 10355 Blacktron Renegade |
|---|---|
| Faithful reimagining of a classic set | Only three (identical) minifigures |
| Maintains the Blacktron aesthetic with a unique build | Slightly narrower nostalgic appeal |
| Can rebuild into another retro LEGO Space set |
Our verdict: Day one for Blacktron fans, one to consider for everyone else.
LEGO Art 31214 LOVE

Based on the iconic sculpture inspired by the artwork of Robert Indiana, 31214 LOVE is a faithful 791-piece brick-built recreation developed in partnership with the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). Measuring 25cm high, 25cm wide and 6cm deep, the LEGO Art set will be released on January 1 priced at £69.99 / $79.99 / €79.99 and is instantly recognisable as a universal message worldwide.
The model’s upcoming launch is perfectly timed to coincide with the 55th anniversary of LOVE and adds yet another pop-art build to the ever-expanding theme. Despite being a potentially fragile build, 31214 LOVE looks to be a sturdy enough display piece, one that seems impressive even when viewed from multiple angles. As usual with any LEGO Art set, deciding whether to pick up the model will ultimately be a personal and subjective one, as an appreciation of all creative works should be.
“I understand that the set couldn’t have more colours – it’s a reproduction of a real pop-art sculpture and it has to look like that. However, LEGO sets often have interesting-coloured bricks inside, which are missing here."
Firanbricks
| Pros of 31214 LOVE | Cons of 31214 LOVE |
|---|---|
| Accurate recreation of the real sculpture | Might not be desirable for all LEGO Art fans |
| Distinctive LEGO art set | Fairly limited build |
| Sturdy display piece | Lack of minifigures |
Our verdict: As with most LEGO Art releases, fans of this style of real-world build will likely love it.
LEGO City 60445 F1 Truck with RB20 & AMR24 F1 Cars

2025 is the year of LEGO Formula 1 and January 1 will welcome a number of new branded sets, including a full LEGO City wave. The largest of them is 60445 F1 Truck with RB20 & AMR24 F1 Cars, featuring cars from Red Bull and Aston Martin (although it's worth noting that all 10 2024 teams are represented throughout the wave). The design of the cars is on-brand but a simplified version when compared to LEGO Technic or Speed Champions.
Priced at £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99, the truck and cars look good enough to display but there are also plenty of play features packed in, as you'd expect from LEGO City. While it's certainly suitable for younger builders, the design is elevated to appeal to more mature collectors as well – especially if you're a Formual 1 fan.
“I really like the design and the building process [but]...if I look at it as a Formula 1 fan, the concept is a bit strange. We have two cars from two different teams with a generic F1 branded truck to carry them. That's unusual, as in the old Speed Champions days, we had [trucks] that represented specific themes."
Racing Brick
| Pros of 60445 F1 Truck with RB20 & AMR24 F1 Cars | Cons of 60445 F1 Truck with RB20 & AMR24 F1 Cars |
|---|---|
| Versatile appeal | No team-branded trucks |
| Plenty of interactive features for play | |
| Authentic Formula 1 details |
Our verdict: An admirable entry to the LEGO x Formula 1 partnership that has diverse appeal. Day one for F1 fans!
LEGO Batman 76303 Batman Tumbler vs. Two-Face & The Joker

Yes, it’s another Batman-centric LEGO DC build and, yes, it’s another iteration of the Dark Knight’s brutish vehicle – but just bear with us here, as there are a few things to like about the superhero set. 76303 Batman Tumbler vs. Two-Face & The Joker is the latest minifigure-scale version of the iconic black and grey ride, complete with the debut of Aaron Eckhart’s take on Harvey Dent’s scarred alter ego, the third-ever Heath Ledger The Joker and by-the-numbers Batman himself.
The LEGO Batman model comes in at 429 pieces for £54.99 / $59.99 / €59.99, which is a notably higher price than 2021’s 76239 Batmobile Tumbler: Scarecrow Showdown at £34.99 / $39.99 / €39.99 for 422 pieces. While that increased mount may sting for some fans, 76303 Batman Tumbler vs. Two-Face & The Joker does come with a small Bat-signal side build, a fresh design for the vehicle and a couple of must-have villain minifigures.
“As a study, it’s interesting to see such different parts used to create what at the very end still looks very similar, but most important is that final effect and that’s where 76303 is as strong as 76239."
Brick Fanatics
| Pros of 76303 Batman Tumbler vs. Two-Face & The Joker | Cons of 76303 Batman Tumbler vs. Two-Face & The Joker |
|---|---|
| Excellent Two-Face and The Joker minifigures | High price for fewer pieces than previous versions |
| Bat-signal mini build adds value | Overused Batman cowl piece |
| Accurately-scaled version of the Tumbler | Yet another Batman-centric build |
Our verdict: A great (if imperfect) Tumbler with a clever side build and two-and-a-half excellent and highly desirable minifigures out of three. If you can forgive the use of that cowl for Batman, then there’s a set to really love here.
LEGO Jurassic World 76969 Dinosaur Fossils: Triceratops Skull

76969 Dinosaur Fossils: Triceratops Skull stomps onto the scene as a follow-up to 76964 Dinosaur Fossils: T. rex Skull, but this time adding to the original concept in a meaningful way. By including a desirable but original Jurassic Park minifigure, this set proves that there are ways to improve upon the already amazing LEGO fossil range.
2025’s 76969 Dinosaur Fossils: Triceratops Skull picks up where 76964 Dinosaur Fossils: T. rex Skull left off with another dinosaur skull that will display ideally alongside the first specimen. Also featuring a sturdy stand from which the skull can be removed and a small dig site display, 76969 Dinosaur Fossils: Triceratops Skull is a promising package of dinosaur-centric LEGO models paired with a simple but appealing minifigure.
“For fans of the Universal Pictures movie series and budding palaeontologists alike, 76969 Dinosaur Fossils: Triceratops Skull represents the next evolution of the LEGO Jurassic World subtheme, one that fully deserves a place in any Cretaceous construction collection.”
Brick Fanatics
| Pros of 76969 Dinosaur Fossils: Triceratops Skull | Cons of 76969 Dinosaur Fossils: Triceratops Skull |
|---|---|
| Great continuation of the fossil range | No notes! |
| A fantastic minifigure torso for Jurassic Park fans | |
| Clever part usage across the board | |
| Surprisingly sturdy despite appearances |
Our verdict: The LEGO Jurassic World fossil subtheme is an easy one for us to recommend collecting – and not just for that minifigure torso.
LEGO Botanicals 10345 Flower Arrangement

LEGO Botanicals is becoming its own theme in 2025, kicking off its first year outside of the Icons umbrella with four new sets. With one more bouquet and two more potted sets in the Four Gentlemen sub-collection not doing a whole lot new, it's all eyes on 10345 Flower Arrangement.
Ever since the LEGO Group started doing bouquets, fans have been calling for brick-built vases to display them in – and this is the answer, just perhaps not at the price people were hoping for. At £94.99 / $109.99 / €109.99, it's quite the price and size jump for the Botanical Collection, which has largely been made up of mid-priced builds. Undoubtedly, 10345 Flower Arrangement ticks all the boxes that the smaller sets do, with plenty of colour and variety for an eye-catching centrepiece.
“I am itching to get this set. A colourful bouquet? An actual LEGO vase that’s large? Sold. It’s so pretty"
Aenahl on reddit
| Pros of 10345 Flower Arrangement | Cons of 10345 Flower Arrangement |
|---|---|
| Can swap out past bouquets for display | Hefty price tag |
| Answering prayers for a brick-built vase | |
| Plenty of colour and variety |
Our verdict: Perhaps wait for a discount on this supersized brick-built bouquet
LEGO Harry Potter 76443 Hagrid & Harry’s Motorcycle Ride

Few licensed LEGO themes are as content to stir the cauldron as Harry Potter, which is growing increasingly experimental the longer it lingers on shelves. The latest left turn comes in the form of 76443 Hagrid & Harry’s Motorcycle Ride, a pair of buildable characters that have certainly split opinion among the Wizarding World community so far.
Some say Hagrid resembles his PS1 counterpart a little too closely, while Harry is pulling focus for all the wrong reasons for his face and hands – but there’s still a little love out there for this ambitious display piece, even among its detractors.
"I'm actually surprised by how much I don't dislike it. I think it was a good choice not to recreate their faces, and make them super minimalistic. It's stylish, but in a good way – I don't get the complaints. Would people have preferred an ugly face printing for Harry? Couldn't care less about the set itself, but if [the LEGO Group] keeps making them, it means there is a pretty big target group for them.”
Eurobricks
| Pros of 76443 Hagrid & Harry’s Motorcycle Ride | Cons of 76443 Hagrid & Harry’s Motorcycle Ride |
|---|---|
| Something different for the LEGO Harry Potter fan who’s seen it all | Harry has a face that’s hard to love |
| Price is fair for what’s in the box | Hagrid may remind you of playing the original Harry Potter PS1 game. That’s good and bad |
| Ambitious attempt at a tricky concept |
Our verdict: It’s not going to appeal to everyone, but surely it will appeal to someone…right?
LEGO Creator 3-in-1 31161 Medieval Dragon

LEGO Creator 3-in-1 has been the gift that keeps on giving in recent years and 2025 is off to a strong start all-round – but especially with 31161 Medieval Dragon. Able to be built into three fantastical creatures – a dragon, a phoenix, and a sea serpent – 31161 Medieval Dragon has no dud build options, so you might end up wanting to build three.
There's a lot of detail packed into the 715 pieces, culminating in one of the best dragon builds we've seen so far, especially for the price of just £54.99 / $59.99 /€59.99. Fantasy or medieval fans need look no further for the must-have, day-one January 1 purchase.
“This is probably the first 3 in 1 set for me where ALL the options look really good. The second might be 31154 Forest Animals: Red Fox."
BatRavensFan20 on reddit
| Pros of 31161 Medieval Dragon | Cons of 31161 Medieval Dragon |
|---|---|
| A rare moment where all three builds nail it | So good you'll want to buy three |
| Excellent value for money | |
| Perfect for display |
Our verdict: Well worth a day-one purchase, especially if you've been eyeing 21348 Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon's Tale's dragon but can't stomach the price.
LEGO Star Wars 75402 ARC-170 Starfighter

Twenty years on from the first LEGO Star Wars ARC-170 and 15 years on from the last version comes 75402 ARC-170 Starfighter, another exercise in downsizing that still manages to capture the general aesthetic of this Revenge of the Sith ship. That decade-and-a-half gap means you’re inevitably looking at a sturdier, more refined ship, even if it does lose a little grandeur along the way.
This is LEGO Star Wars in 2025, which means you’re going to be paying quite a lot for what you actually get in 75402 ARC-170 Starfighter – a point most early reviews have picked up on. If you don’t want to wait for a sale, though, you can at least take solace in the fact you’re also getting three of the best LEGO Clone Pilot minifigures… well, ever.
“I do overall like the ARC-170 for what you’re getting here. Even though it’s scaled down significantly, I think this in the long term will be accepted by LEGO Star Wars fans. It’s also worth noting the minifigures are really good, of course I would have liked dual-moulded legs but these Clone Pilots look fantastic, no real issues there. The droid’s a nice inclusion as well, I’m glad we’re getting the same minifigure count that we got in the 2010 version. Is this worth $70? I don’t think so, I think $60 seems fairly reasonable for the package you’re getting here.”
Solid Brix Studios
| Pros of 75402 ARC-170 Starfighter | Cons of 75402 ARC-170 Starfighter |
|---|---|
| Pulls off the ARC-170 at a smaller scale | Still some scaling issues, especially with minifigures in the cockpits |
| Smoother and sleeker than its predecessors | A high price for what’s in the box |
| Excellent minifigure selection |
Our verdict: Wait for a sale for maximum satisfaction, but there’s a lot to love here
LEGO Collectible Minifigures 71048 Series 27

The latest LEGO CMF is right around the corner and there’s plenty to get excited about when it comes to 71048 Series 27. As usual, you’re looking at another diverse selection of 12 unique minifigures to collect, with plenty of desirable characters and accessories that you’ll definitely want to pick up come January 1.
Priced at £3.49 / $4.99 / €3.99 per box, the LEGO CMF is yet another mixed bag of minifigures, but one that does come with some real highs. Those include the excellent Pirate Quartermaster, stunning Steampunk Inventor, surprisingly welcome Cupid and the Wolfpack Beastmaster, sure to be the must-have characters in this series, particularly for fans of the LEGO Classic Castle theme.
“As has become customary, there’s a certain (if sparing) degree of pandering to nostalgic LEGO fans, and it’s clear that this series’ most overtly self-referential minifigure got the lion’s share (or rather, the wolf’s share) of the budget."
Brick Fanatics
| Pros of 71048 Series 27 | Cons of 71048 Series 27 |
|---|---|
| Wolfpack Beastmaster likely to be a popular choice | A mixed bag of characters |
| Some instant classic characters | Some minifigures are weaker than others |
| More than a few hidden surprises |
Our verdict: Series 27 probably doesn’t feature the strongest line-up of LEGO Collectible Minifigures to date, but there are enough solid hits to make it worth picking up a couple of blind bags.

LEGO Marvel 76314 Captain America: Civil War Battle

With 76314 Captain America: Civil War Battle, the LEGO Marvel theme steps back in time to revisit a past MCU location once more. A follow-up to 76051 Super Hero Airport Battle and 76067 Tanker Truck Takedown, the superhero model is priced at £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 for 736 pieces, which includes a partial section of the airport and a mini Quinjet.
While the LEGO Marvel design team attempts to balance out play and display options with 76314 Captain America: Civil War Battle, the model is ultimately a disappointing evolution of previous builds. Where the set is really let down is its minifigure selection, which includes an inaccurate version of the Winter Soldier and the odd exclusion of Hawkeye, Vision and War Machine. While the Giant-Man figure is one of the few highlights in the LEGO Marvel build, 76314 Captain America: Civil War Battle remains a letdown on many levels.
“Thanks to the massive Giant-Man figure – now to scale with the recent LEGO Marvel buildable figure models – the Quinjet and airport are too small and ultimately feel incomplete."
Brick Fanatics
| Pros of 76314 Captain America: Civil War Battle | Cons of 76314 Captain America: Civil War Battle |
|---|---|
| Enjoyable Quinjet build | Far too many scale issues |
| New Giant-Man figure is an excellent addition | Inaccurate Winter Soldier minifigure |
| Younger builders may like the battle-based playset | Lack of focus on the chosen location |
Our verdict: With its blend of mixed models and one disappointing minifigure, this admittedly dynamic display set has split its focus too far.
LEGO 80116 Trotting Lantern

2025's Chinese New Year set breaks the mould when compared to previous years, recreating a traditional Trotting Lantern, a moving light that uses smoke and shadows for an effect of moving and animated figures. The brightly-coloured 80116 Trotting Lantern attempts to achieve the same effect using LEGO elements, with two options for silhouette images.
A light brick adds to the dynamic display, while the walls also open up to reveal rooms for the five minifigures to be displayed in. Priced at £89.99 /$ 129.99 / €99.99, it's certainly something new and more interactive when it comes the LEGO Group's CYN offering, lending itself perfectly to help adults engage with younger builders and teach them about Chinese culture.
“I was a bit skeptical when I looked at the product pictures but after a very enjoyable building experience and nice working features, I really appreciate what I got. Compared to past years, five minifigures feels a bit underwhelming but they're all cool characters."
Felipe's TV
| Pros of 80116 Trotting Lantern | Cons of 80116 Trotting Lantern |
|---|---|
| Fun interactive features | Fewer minifigures than previous years |
| Authentic design choices | |
| Engaging build from start to finish |
Our verdict: A more niche set than its predecessors but for those who like the look of it, you'll love the build.
LEGO Star Wars 75403 Grogu with Hover Pram

Grogu's cuteness almost singlehandedly brought in a new generation of Star Wars fans and 75403 Grogu with Hover Pram manages to capture those big, puppy-dog eyes perfectly. Grogu alone would have undoubtedly been a day-one purchase but the pram won't be for everyone and is essentially a massive, price-inflating display stand, bringing the RRP up to £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 for 1,048 pieces.
Still, there's a lot of play features packed into the set that make it well worth it and there's plenty of people who'll want the pram for a show-accurate wau to display the little guy. After all, he needs somewhere to sleep off all those frogs.
“LEGO Star Wars has placed this in the wrong price bracket and created an almost unnecessary side build of a pram when just a little buildable Grogu would have been fine. But you look into those big black eyes and tell the little guy that £90 is too much to rescue him from the shop."
Brick Fanatics
| Pros of 75403 Grogu with Hover Pram | Cons of 75403 Grogu with Hover Pram |
|---|---|
| Best brick-built Grogu yet | Hefty price, thanks to the pram |
| Technic features take this beyond display | |
| Clever accessories |
Our verdict: Wait for a discount to cancel out the cost of the pram.
LEGO Marvel 76311 Spider-Verse: Miles Morales vs. The Spot

LEGO Marvel is finally embracing the Spider-Verse movies following the sequel but ahead of the eventual third film with 76311 Spider-Verse: Miles Morales vs. The Spot next year. This set is all about the minifigures with four of the many Spider-Verse characters finally depicted in minifigure form.
This includes Miles Morales (with a fun face print) and The Spot, the latter of which will almost certainly be a must-have minifigure, even with word of a Spider-Verse minifigures series later next year. In the meantime, 76311 Spider-Verse: Miles Morales vs. The Spot’s model is based on one of the least exciting scenes in the sequel but you’re probably not buying this one for the build anyway
“76311 Miles Morales vs. The Spot is a strong package of incredibly desirable minifigures and basic but effective models, finally bringing some of the best Marvel movies to the theme after years of waiting.”
Brick Fanatics
| Pros of 76311 Spider-Verse: Miles Morales vs. The Spot | Cons of 76311 Spider-Verse: Miles Morales vs. The Spot |
|---|---|
| Must-have Marvel minifigures | Police Car doesn’t add much to the scene and inflates the price |
| Great references | Not the most exciting scene for the first Spider-Verse set |
| Finally, a LEGO Spider-Verse set |
Our verdict: The LEGO Group knows you’ll be picking up 76311 Spider-Verse: Miles Morales vs. The Spot and has seemingly priced the set accordingly. Despite this, it's a long-awaited addition to LEGO Marvel that you’ll want to grab next year.
LEGO Super Mario 72036 Baby Peach & Grand Prix Set

LEGO Super Mario has finally added Mario Kart to the line-up with six new sets next year, the biggest of which is 72036 Baby Peach & Grand Prix Set. The 823-piece build features many iconic vehicles from the spin-off series as well as figures of Baby Peach, Lakitu, Lemmy and Toad. As the largest of the LEGO Super Mario sets, it has everything you need for a substantial race-in-one package.
This quintessential LEGO Mario Kart model looks to be one of the most desirable of the six-set wave thanks in no small part to the podium, starting line and references to several sponsors. It should act as a good foundation for the rest of the subtheme and ahead of its release next month, has impressed the community for one good reason compared to other LEGO Super Mario sets.
“Finally a LEGO Super Mario theme that looks good on display.”
PenPlays
| Pros of 72036 Baby Peach & Grand Prix | Cons of 72036 Baby Peach & Grand Prix |
|---|---|
| You can have some fun without a starter pack | Still no Super Mario minifigures |
| Builds will play well and look good on display | Few play features without using the LEGO Super Mario app |
| Recreates aspects of Mario Kart accurately | You’ll still need a starter pack to experience the full effect |
Our verdict: LEGO Super Mario’s eventual addition of Mario Kart has been a long time coming and it would appear that 72036 Baby Peach & Grand Prix Set and the rest of the wave doesn’t disappoint. Even without the electronic figures, there are still ways to enjoy this model and given the wide appeal of Mario Kart, it’s something that everyone can display or play with.
LEGO Harry Potter 76444 Diagon Alley: Wizarding Shops

If you don’t have the cash for 75978 Diagon Alley or the space for the ongoing series of smaller playset Diagon Alley shops, the LEGO Group has a third way to enjoy the magical shopping street up its sleeve for 2025: a microscale display model that can be configured in multiple ways to suit any shelf. 76444 Diagon Alley: Wizarding Shops is the most comprehensive and complete collection of Diagon Alley shops in one LEGO set to date, and can be displayed all in one long row, closed up for that true alleyway presentation or in a variety of looser arrangements.
Throw in the 12 microfigures that add life to the setup in the same way they did for 71043 Hogwarts Castle, and you’ve got a set that’s likely to appeal to anyone who bought into that 2018 build or last year’s 76419 Hogwarts Castle and Grounds. It’s not the cheapest LEGO Harry Potter 2025 set – in fact, it’s the most expensive so far – but you do get a lot of (smaller) pieces in return.
“I have the bigger version and will stick with that, but this is a better option for those that don't have the money and/or the space. The big version takes up a tonne of room."
reddit
| Pros of 76444 Diagon Alley: Wizarding Shops | Cons of 76444 Diagon Alley: Wizarding Shops |
|---|---|
| Every Diagon Alley shop you could ever want in one set | Still requires quite a wide display space |
| Lots of different ways to display | Thousands of small pieces can make for a fiddly building experience |
| Microfigures bring it all to life |
Our verdict: A smart alternative for anyone who hasn’t yet bought into another LEGO Diagon Alley at a fair price
LEGO Icons 10350 Tudor Corner

The newest LEGO modular building roots itself in British culture, serving up a hodgepodge of architectural styles anchored around a Tudor revival top floor that will be recognisable to anyone who’s ever wandered the streets of York, Norwich or Lavenham. The ground floor combines a traditional British pub – sorry, inn – with a haberdashery, while the middle floor houses a clockmaker’s workshop.
It’s another multifaceted modular building following the all-in-one that was 2023’s 10326 Natural History Museum, and is arguably one of the most attractive in the series to date. That’s no mean feat 20 buildings in. It’s also the biggest by piece count to sit over a 32x32-stud baseplate, but still comes in at the same price as 10297 Boutique Hotel and 10312 Jazz Club in the UK, US and Europe.
That’s the kind of value proposition that makes 10350 Tudor Corner easy to justify on day one, not least because you’ll also receive 40757 Corner Kiosk for free when purchasing between January 1 and 7 (or while stocks last).
“The real beauty of 10350 Tudor Corner is that it manages to smash together so many different colours and styles while still creating something visually cohesive. It’s been done time and again under this subtheme and yet is still not something to be taken for granted, but ensures that the 20th LEGO modular building should resonate with newcomers and veterans alike – no matter where you are in the world...”
Brick Fanatics
| Pros of 10350 Tudor Corner | Cons of 10350 Tudor Corner |
|---|---|
| One of the most beautiful modular buildings yet | The Tudor style could have been fun to see across two floors |
| Effective use of colour and architectural detail | Pavement could use more life |
| One of the best-value 2025 sets so far |
Our verdict: If there’s one LEGO set to prioritise day one in January, it’s 10350 Tudor Corner.
LEGO Marvel 76313 MARVEL Logo

LEGO Marvel 76313 MARVEL Logo may not be the most visually enticing release of the theme’s January 2025 wave, but this brick-built logo is more interesting than it appears. The appeal of this set is thanks in no small part to the four exclusive minifigures (and the new Black Widow) including the first minifigure based on Captain America: The First Avenger.
Alongside these exciting minifigures, 76313 MARVEL Logo expands on the concept of a logo sculpture with a LEGO twist that sees said minifigures explode out of the logo in what is described in reviews as an engaging mechanism. Whatever you thought of this set initially, there may be reason to check it out once more when 2025 comes.
“This is one of the most involved builds in LEGO Marvel’s history and a great line-up of minifigures helps it soar above most other January 2025 models.”
Brick Fanatics
| Pros of 76313 MARVEL Logo | Cons of 76313 MARVEL Logo |
|---|---|
| Displayable with a distinct LEGO touch | Where’s Hawkeye? |
| (Mostly) exclusive minifigures | Pricey for what you get |
| A great building experience |
Our verdict: Despite its price and first impression, 76313 MARVEL Logo is a delightful model from the first bag to the last. The clever build and fun mechanism combined with the five minifigures make this a promising Marvel model – even though it will take some convincing that there’s more than meets the eye to this set.
