LEGO January 2025 sets are already running out of stock worldwide

It’s the first day of 2025 and only hours since the new LEGO January 2025 sets were released online, and some models are proving popular already.

While some may be trekking to their local LEGO store today to find the new LEGO January 2025 sets, those shopping on LEGO.com may find that some sets have been particularly popular today and in some cases, the weeks leading up to 2025 where pre-orders were available.

From Mario Kart to Sonic the Hedgehog and a surprising LEGO Star Wars entry, here’s what’s temporarily out of stock on LEGO.com around the world. All information is correct at the time of writing and no sets have sold out for good as they will be restocked in time.

LEGO 2025 sets on back order or out of stock in the UK / Europe

The official online store in the UK and Europe is already running out of stock on several sets, some of which were available for pre-order in the weeks preceding January 1, 2025. There are still some noteworthy models in the list though, including DUPLO’s only Formula 1 set for 2025 – 10445 F1 Team Race Cars & Drivers.

Otherwise, smaller builds from the new LEGO Animal Crossing and Mario Kart ranges are out of stock and Sonic the Hedgehog’s 77002 Cyclone vs. Metal Sonic is on back order with an impressive minifigure. The new 40793 Tom & Jerry Figures are temporarily out of stock as well, which is unusual for a LEGO BrickHeadz pack on launch day.

A pair of LEGO NINJAGO 2025 sets – 71834 Zane’s Ultra Combiner Mech with the new Pixal minifigure and 71841 Dragonian Storm Village with Morro – are on back order in Europe as well. The only other LEGO Formula 1 model that seems to be selling especially well online today is City’s 60443 F1 Pit Stop & Pit Crew with Ferrari Car.

Compared to the UK and Europe, the US official online store appears to be faring much better with only 31214 LOVE currently sold out of the January 2025 models. 10350 Tudor Corner and the new gifts-with-purchase currently remain in stock with no back order around the world but stock in LEGO stores will vary and it wouldn’t be surprising to learn that the latest modular building has been especially popular with collectors in physical retail locations.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
