Five LEGO June 2023 sets worth buying at full price

It’s true that if you’re prepared to play the waiting game, you can eventually find almost every LEGO set at a discount. (Not all LEGO sets, though: when was the last time you saw 10294 Titanic or 10307 Eiffel Tower on sale?) But not all of us are prepared to wait, especially when there are new, must-have LEGO sets calling out to us.

The good news is that there are at least five LEGO sets available for the first time this month that are genuinely worth paying full price for, all of which you’ll find by hitting this link.

Not all LEGO sets are made equal, however – and are plenty that are only going to be worth taking the plunge on when retailers have shaved a little off their RRP. So it goes for these five sets, which are not bad designs, by any means – but also aren’t necessarily worth paying full price for. If you want to feel like you’ve got proper value for money, maybe wait on these sets.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
