LEGO Jurassic World summer 2024 rumours include new Stegosaurus
Three LEGO Jurassic World sets are rumoured for summer 2024 including a set for Bumpy from Camp Cretaceous and a new Stegosaurus piece.
Instagram user brick_clicker reports, via milolego_news, that LEGO Jurassic World’s summer 2024 wave will debut a new LEGO dinosaur element as part of three upcoming models, though none of them have yet to be confirmed.
76962 Bumpy the Buildable Ankylosaurus
With a Camp Cretaceous sequel series coming to Netflix, the return of Bumpy the Ankylosaurus seems likely and it would make sense for the character to get their own LEGO set. 76962 Bumpy the Buildable Ankylosaurus is rumoured to cost $24.99 and the character has only had a unique colour for the baby Ankylosaurus element previously.
76965 The Stegosaurus Lookout
The first moulded LEGO Stegosaurus is rumoured for 76965 The Stegosaurus Lookout at $64.99 and the dinosaur is believed to be a sandy colour. Brick-built depictions of the dinosaur have been released previously and a specialised LEGO Stegosaurus piece appeared digitally in the LEGO Jurassic World game.
A physical moulded element wouldn’t quite be a first thanks to 2000’s Dino Island subtheme of LEGO Adventurers. Still, it would almost certainly be a new element to match the current LEGO dinosaurs.
76966 T. rex Trailer
76966 T. rex Trailer is rumoured to cost $99.99 and assuming that the trailer included in the name is a mobile home, it could be similar to 75935 Baryonyx Face-Off: The Treasure Hunt, but with a T. Rex instead of a Baryonyx.
