The first review of 76249 Venomised Groot has confirmed that the instructions aren’t nearly as informative as you’d think.
Introducing the symbiote to 76217 I am Groot, 76249 Venomised Groot is launching on August 1 for £46.99 / $49.99 / €52.99. This figure can be rebuilt into a completely venomised version of the character, but it’s not as easy to build as you would expect.
You might have expected the full venomised Groot alternate model to be part of the instructions, especially since the fifth bag is dedicated entirely to this transformation. However, MiniSuperHeroesToday’s review has revealed that this simply isn’t the case.
The only reference provided in the set to help you make the completely venomised Groot is on the box, with no provided guidance to put it together in the instructions.
The main model is already partially venomised, so you should only need to mirror what has already been built to complete the transformation. However, that part is entirely up to you according to this early review. The video has also showcased a new brick, with plenty of clips on a bar brick in a ‘T’ formation.
