LEGO Moving Truck GWP is well worth doubling up on

Already got 40586 Moving Truck? It’s versatile enough that you might want to pick up an extra copy of the LEGO gift-with-purchase.

40586 Moving Truck has returned to LEGO.com for those in the UK and Europe, coming free with all orders over £160 / €180. It’s a returning GWP that first appeared in 2023 to promote 10312 Jazz Club and on a few instances since then, so it might already be in your LEGO collection – but some impressive custom mods mean now could be a good time to pick up a second copy and tick some sets of your wishlist.

Rebrickable user Keep On Bricking has created no less than five different mods of the GWP, demonstrating how it can be adapted into various types of vehicles: a Hot Rod, a Cargo Lorry, an Old City Car, a Supercar, and a Custom Car. Out of all of them, the Cargo Lorry is perhaps the best companion to the OG build of 40586 Moving Truck but each one has its own charm.

All five builds require no extra parts and the instructions for them all can be bought either as a bundle for €7.50 or individually for €3.
