Even LEGO offices outside Billund have hidden rooms

A new LEGO video shared online has revealed that secret rooms aren’t exclusive to the LEGO Group’s Billund HQ.

It’s no secret that the LEGO Group has offices all over the world, despite the title of the latest short on the official YouTube Channel. However, this new video has provided a look inside the Enfield Connecticut office and confirms that secret rooms exist beyond the main Billund campus.

At under a minute long, the video provides a look inside the colourfully-decorated office with murals models and places to rest and recuperate scattered around the building.

At the end of the video, a caption names secret rooms as a feature of the Enfield office, similar to the Star Wars room that can be found in Billund. The room pictured has tables and chairs as well as a wall including outlines of LEGO minifigures such as that for the Statue of Liberty.

Also featured at the Connecticut office is a basketball court complete with the LEGO Group’s logo at the centre, a giant recreation of 40516 Everyone is Awesome a timeline of the LEGO Group’s 90-year history and a display commemorating the anniversary from 2022. A unique Connecticut mural is also shown, likely exclusive to this office.

It’s always interesting the spaces behind the scenes at the LEGO Group, though the Connecticut location doesn’t quite live up to the grandeur of the new LEGO Campus (not that it’s trying to) with that location even having its own employee-exclusive LEGO set.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
