The LEGO One Piece animated special is getting a new trailer soon, as Netflix confirms the casting with all familiar faces and one unfamiliar minifigure
LEGO One Piece was confirmed to receive an animated feature earlier this year, coming to the streaming service on September 29. Netflix has now announced, via a teaser on TikTok, that a new trailer for it will be coming tomorrow. More news is immediately available in the meantime.
Over on Instagram, Netflix has announced the voice cast for LEGO One Piece's animated special, featuring the main cast from the live-action adaptation voicing their respective characters. This was speculated based on the initial teaser, but it's good to see this confirmed.
The announcement showcases images of each character as minifigures, most of which can be found in the upcoming LEGO One Piece Season 1 and 2 models either out now or launching on August 1. The minifigure for Miss Wednesday, or Vivi, is notably different to that which can be found in 75645 Battle at Drum Castle.
While there is no second minifigure for Vivi in LEGO One Piece so far, the rest of this announcement is still exciting. You can look forward to watching the new trailer tomorrow. In the meantime, we've embedded the teaser for you to watch below.
LEGO One Piece's new sets will be released on August 1, and the animated special will start streaming on Netflix from September 29.
