LEGO Overwatch Ganymede play event at US LEGO Stores today
Selected LEGO Stores are running a LEGO Overwatch play event today that features an exclusive Ganymede build.
With LEGO Overwatch having recently launched, the LEGO Group is running promotional activities to increase fan awareness. Today, selected LEGO Stores in the USA will be running a play event that includes an exclusive build. Fans will already need to have signed up to participate. It is for children aged between 6 and 14 years old.
The premise of the event is that some of the most beloved Overwatch heroes have been guarding the LEGO Store and left their sprays behind. Children will need to search the store to figure out which characters were there, by finding the sprays and noting down which they have found. When they show their completed checklist to a Brick Specialist, they will receive a free, exclusive Ganymede build.
As the event will not necessarily take place at every LEGO Store, it is worth fans checking with their local branch that it is taking place.
The full LEGO Overwatch theme launched this month, with six sets available – 75970 Tracer vs. Widowmaker, 75971 Hanzo vs. Genji, 75972 Dorado Showdown, 75973 D.Va & Reinhardt, 75974 Bastion and 75975 Watchpoint: Gibraltar.
