LEGO ranked most reputable company in the world for second year running

Thanks to the annual Global RepTrak 100 Survey, the LEGO Group has been ranked as the most reputable company in the world for the second year running.

After taking the top spot in 2023, the LEGO Group has now been ranked the most reputable company in the world for the second year in a row. Prior to 2023, the company was also in the top three for eight consecutive years, before inching its way into the top position.

Reptrak has a database full of over 20 years of data that it uses to analyse stakeholder perception to provide insights on how corporate stakeholders might think about a company. Each year, Reptrak uses these insights and data from more than 230,000 ratings to rank companies in the Global RepTrak 100 Survey. Other companies in the top five this year include (in order): Mercedes-Benz, Rolex, Sony, and Canon. Factors taken into account include ESG (environmental, social, governance), workplace fairness, leadership, branding, and more

“I am very proud the LEGO Group has been named the World’s Most Reputable Company again in 2024,” said LEGO Group CEO Niels B. Christiansen. “This is testament to the dedication of our colleagues who all play a part in building a sustainable future and a better world for our children to inherit. Together, we’re working to create positive, lasting impact and inspiring the builders of tomorrow.”
