LEGO shines a spotlight on gaming-themed builds

After recently asking for your videogame-themed submissions, the LEGO Group has now shared a select few on social media.

The recent activity, Love of Gaming, was an open call for imaginative builds linked to gaming, ranging from brick-built versions of consoles and computers to seeing minifigures playing a game for themselves. Although the submission window is now closed, the LEGO Group has shone a spotlight onto a few of the entires in honour of National Video Games Day.

The four builds the company shared include a confident-looking minifigure, complete with headset and controller, a horrified character losing to an arcade game, a brick-built gaming chair, and a final minifigure playing a driving simulation game.

You can see the full collection of entries on the LEGO Ideas Activity page here, or find out more about Activities in general here. Plus, if you’re keen to get your work in front of the LEGO Group yourself, there is still a LEGO Ideas Activity that’s open for entries – and you can win a prize by entering. Design a new social media banner before Tuesday September 14 to be in with a chance of winning.
