LEGO shop shipping times return to normal

After a period of delays, the official LEGO shop is now shipping orders in the normal timeframe again.

With measures to reduce the spread of coronavirus keeping people at home, the number of orders at LEGO.com has been higher than usual, leading to delayed shipping. Now, the LEGO Group’s AFOL Engagement Team has confirmed that shipping times are back to normal.

Deliveries are now being processed in the normal timeframe, making it a good opportunity for fans to occupy themselves with new releases like LEGO Ideas 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay, LEGO Star Wars 75278 D-O and LEGO Creator Expert 10271 Fiat 500.

Usually, orders from the official shop arrive within a few days, but recently that delivery time has been a week or more.

Brick Fanatics has even provided suggestions, with a list of 10 sets to build in lockdown – and 10 more sets to build in lockdown.

Notice has also been given that the May the Fourth shopping weekend will likely to lead to further processing and shipping delays, so anyone looking for something other than LEGO Star Wars 75275 A-wing Starfighter should order now.
