Rumoured LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog 2024 set details revealed

Details of two LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog sets rumoured to be arriving in 2024 and which minifigures they may include have now been revealed.

Recent rumours regarding LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog reported that the theme could be continuing its run into next year, with at least two new sets said to be on the way in January 2024. Initial details regarding the potential models was pretty basic, but now we have a better idea of what might possibly be included in the builds.

Instagram user brick_clicker has posted that fans of SEGA’s spikey blue mammal can expect to see 76995 Shadow’s Lab Escape and 76996 Shadow’s Mech Battle arriving early next year. What’s more, both sets may come with the first-ever versions of three LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog characters, if the rumours prove to be accurate.

76995 Shadow’s Lab Escape is said to be a 196-piece model that could retail for around $20.99. The set is reported to include a Shadow the Hedgehog minifigure, a Clunky animal figure, plus a Rhinobot and a small lab build.

76996 Knuckles Mech Battle may launch for $34.99 with 276-pieces and come with what could be the recently-revealed Knuckles minifigure design, the first-ever Rouge the Bat minifigure, and a brick-built mech and glider.

At this stage the LEGO Group has yet to confirm the existence of any such LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog sets for 2024, so do treat this information with the appropriate amount of scepticism for now.
