LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog Knuckles and Rouge set revealed

The LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog set featuring Knuckles and Rouge has been revealed, rounding out a trio of new minifigures for the theme in 2024.

It’s going to be easy to finish the 2024 additions to the LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog minifigures without doubling up as Knuckles and Rouge are both included with no other characters in 76996 Knuckles’ Guardian Mech. Online retailer Lucky Bricks is now listing the model, costing €34.99 and releasing on January 1, 2024.

Knuckles’ mech and Rouge’s glider may be new content but the giant crystal in the middle of the build is the iconic Master Emerald, finally completing the crystal collection that started in 21331 Sonic the Hedgehog – Green Hill Zone. The exclusive minifigures with new pieces are an important part of the 2024 model too.

This follows the debut of Shadow the Hedgehog in 76995 Shadow the Hedgehog Escape and provided you but the right LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog sets, you could end up with only one duplicate minifigure at the start of 2024.

A small LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog polybag is also coming in 2024, but exactly how you’ll be able to get your hands on 30676 Kiki’s Coconut Attack is unknown at this time.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
