LEGO Star Wars 75299 Mandalorian Hero Transporter rumoured for 2021

A new vehicle from Star Wars: The Mandalorian is expected to join the LEGO line-up next year, currently known only as 75299 Mandalorian Hero Transporter.

Brick Fanatics has received word that 75299 Mandalorian Hero Transporter will join the LEGO Star Wars line-up in January 2021, continuing the run of sets based on the Disney+ series. This reiterates rumours from an independent source reported earlier this year, although at that point the set was referred to as 75299 Mandalorian Hero Vehicle.

That means that the ‘Transporter’ name is new information – could it be the Imperial Troop Transport being commandeered in the trailer? Or some other vehicle used for transporting that will turn up during the second season?

According to the rumours shared back in September, the set will be released alongside 75295 Millennium Falcon Microfighter, 75298 Tauntaun & AT-AT Microfighter, 75297 Resistance X-Wing (4+), 75300 TIE Fighter, 75301 X-wing and 75302 Imperial Shuttle.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian is back on October 30, and this time around the LEGO Group will have the sets to go with it. 75292 The Mandalorian Bounty Hunter Transport was recently released and 75318 The Child will launch on the same day as the show (although some fans have found Baby Yoda already).

Rumours should be treated as such until official announcements are made by the LEGO Group.
