LEGO Star Wars 75318 The Child brings Baby Yoda to the brick

A new LEGO Star Wars statue has turned up on a toy store’s shelves, with 75318 The Child bringing Baby Yoda to LEGO life.

First reported here at Brick Fanatics back in June, 75318 The Child is coming sooner than fans expected, bringing the adorable Baby Yoda to the brick as a statue set. Star Wars: The Mandalorian’s smash hit character will be a buildable model like 75255 Yoda (review).

The news that the set turned up at a Luxembourg toy shop originally came from PromoBricks, with Stone Wars also getting some pictures, which has been picked up by MandRproductions and The Brick Fan. Brickset has also added an image of the set to the database.

The set is being sold for €79.50, so will likely be recommended to be sold for €79.99. As well as building the character himself, the set also includes a ball accessory, an information plaque and the tiny Baby Yoda figure that is also in 75292 The Razor Crest.

75318 The Child is 21cm from ear to ear and 19cm tall. Like 75255 Yoda, it will be a central fram with sections then clipped to the side using SNOT technique.
