LEGO Star Wars joins the upscaled minifigure collection
The LEGO Group’s May the 4th plans continue with two new set reveals, including one that brings the theme into the upscaled minifigure collection.
As May the 4th continues with offers and discounts, as recorded on our dedicated page for the event, the LEGO Group has revealed two new Star Wars sets that will be coming this time next month. Read on to take a closer look at both of these new builds, continuing two exceedingly different model collections.
75458 Imperial Remnant AT-RT Driver Helmet

The latest entrant into the LEGO Star Wars Helmet Collection is now confirmed to be 75458 Imperial Remnant AT-RT Driver Helmet, as inspired by The Mandalorian and Grogu. The 775-piece model comes with the usual stand and label for the helmet, and will cost £59.99 / $69.99 / €69.99.
The design looks clean and accurate to the movie helmet. It makes great use of angles and slopes to properly recreate the shaping of the helmet and even the visor. It’s sure to be a welcome member of the helmet range when it launches on June 1.
75461 Up-Scaled Darth Vader Minifigure

Much more unusual for LEGO Star Wars is the newly-revealed 75461 Up-Scaled Darth Vader Minifigure. Up-scaled minifigures so far have been mostly unlicensed, though the first duo was a Harry Potter set, and now Star Wars is joining the line-up with a depiction of Darth Vader as a minifigure.
The 1,028-piece model stands 24cm tall and comes with a large textile piece for his cape and a LEGO lightsaber to scale with the upscaled minifigure. You can move the arms, head and legs, as you can with any minifigure, upscaled or normal. This set will launch on June 1 for £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99.
