Highly anticipated for more than one reason – though one very major reason in particular does stand orange visor and shoulders above the rest – the newest AT-TE ramps up the minifigure count, piece count and price of its predecessor, offering a veritable battle in a box. It also comes close to breaking the record for the most Clone Troopers in a single set (second place is still good!), so there’s a lot going on there.
It all adds up to a set that will likely drop out of stock very quickly, so best to hop over to LEGO.com and grab 75337 AT-TE Walker (and its Commander Cody minifigure) while you can. That’s in the UK and Europe, anyway: the Revenge of the Sith set has unfortunately been delayed in the US due to ‘delivery challenges’, with an updated release date yet to be confirmed.
The AT-TE isn’t the only high-interest LEGO Star Wars set launching today, of course: three new sets based on the Disney+ series Obi-Wan Kenobi are also available now, alongside the first models inspired by Jedi: Fallen Order and Andor. Sprinkle in a little Bad Batch, Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, and you’ve got the makings of one of the best LEGO Star Wars waves in recent memory.
