LEGO The Lord of the Rings: Balrog Book Nook looks empty
The third LEGO book nook is all about The Lord of the Rings’ Balrog scene, but this execution makes the model look emptier than the rest.
The LEGO Group has officially revealed 10367 The Lord of the Rings: Balrog Book Nook, launching June 1 for £109.99 / $129.99 / €119.99. That’s the same price as 10351 Sherlock Holmes: Book Nook, but with a smaller piece count of 1,201.
The highlight of this new book nook is undoubtedly the proper LEGO Balrog, following the 40631 Gandalf the Grey & Balrog BrickHeadz. Thankfully, the LEGO Group’s attempts at a Balrog didn’t stop there, and now we have the intimidating figure launching in a few days. The integration of such a figure into a book nook means that the rest of the builds look a bit empty, though.
You can find out what we mean in our new YouTube video, which takes a closer look at the upcoming set ahead of its release. 10367 The Lord of the Rings: Balrog Book Nook also comes with a printed quote plaque, making it the latest LEGO diorama set, on top of being a book nook.
This third LEGO book nook will be released on June 1, alongside both 10351 Sherlock Holmes: Book Nook and 76450 Book Nook: Hogwarts Express. 10367 The Lord of the Rings: Balrog Book Nook has 1,201 pieces and one minifigure for £109.99 / $129.99 / €119.99.
