LEGO 40902 Tribute to Leonardo da Vinci rumoured for summer 2026
A second LEGO set based on Leonardo da Vinci is rumoured to be arriving summer 2026, following last year’s 10363 Leonardo da Vinci’s Flying Machine.
Last year saw the release of 10363 Leonardo da Vinci’s Flying Machine, a 493-piece model based on the Italian artist, scientist and architect’s visionary ornithopter. Now comes word of a potential follow-up model in a similar historical vein, with 40902 Tribute to Leonardo da Vinci said to be on the way this summer.
The latest rumour is being reported by Instagram-user bricky_news (via Brickmerge.de) and states that the build will be a 251-piece offering available sometime this June. There’s currently no additional information regarding the content of the possible set, but it is listed as an 18+ model, which might hint towards a more mature theme such as LEGO Icons.

However, that’s pure speculation on our part and there are no signs of any Leonardo da Vinci-related builds in the existing line-up of confirmed and rumoured LEGO Icons sets that you can view right here or any other themes.
It’s too early to say whether 40902 Tribute to Leonardo da Vinci might be based on one of the Renaissance polymath’s many famous paintings, scientific breakthroughs or engineering concepts, but there’s certainly no shortage of source material to draw upon.

For now, we’ll just have to wait and see if 40902 Tribute to Leonardo da Vinci is officially revealed in the weeks to come. In the meantime, be sure to treat all the above information with a pinch of salt until we know otherwise.
