The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort had to turn away guests yesterday after filling to capacity.
During the half term holiday, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort’s Brick or Treat Halloween activity has proven to be popular. Surrey Live reports that the LEGO theme park completely sold out of tickets yesterday, Tuesday, October 30.
Signs on the M25 were adjusted to let motorists know that the journey was no longer necessary. Only those who had pre-booked tickets were advised to continue on to LEGOLAND.
A statement was put out on the official website:
Only travel to the resort if you have pre-booked tickets dated for October 30 2018.
We will be unable to accept entry for annual pass holders, open dated/complimentary tickets not dated for October 30 and third party tickets including, but not limited to, Tesco one day admission vouchers.
The event continues until November 2, so those who couldn’t make it that day will still have the opportunity to check out the Halloween festivities.
In addition to Brick or Treat, the annual fireworks display will take place on October 20, 21, 26, 27 and November 2. Using special 3D glasses, the fireworks will be transformed into thousands of tiny LEGO bricks.
Tickets to the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort can be purchased at the official website.
