LEGO Banana Guy boxed minifigure found

A new LEGO promotional style minifigure in a box has been revealed, with this release containing the Banana Guy.

With the [geot exclude_country=”United States”]Easter Bunny Hut[/geot][geot country=”United States”]Easter Bunny Hut[/geot] currently available at [geot exclude_country=”United States”]shop.LEGO.com[/geot][geot country=”United States”]shop.LEGO.com[/geot], the Iconic Cave set used to celebrate Valentine’s and the Gingerbread Man offered at Christmas, the LEGO Group seems to like this minifigure in a box concept for seasonal offerings. For the summer, the next set in this style will be the LEGO Banana Guy. PromoBricks managed to get the set early at LEGOLAND Billund Resort, sharing this image on social media.

Unfortunately pklg2120 has already beaten everyone else to the inevitable Arrested Development reference, reminding everyone that “there’s always money in the banana stand.”

These little minifigure box sets typically recolour an exisiting Collectible Minifigures design, as this one does, and are usually available as part of a free-with-purchase promotion.
