Look out for our first LEGO Technic 2021 reviews next week

We’re revving up for our first round of LEGO Technic 2021 reviews, as the embargo on next year’s sets is about to be lifted.

We’re currently whizzing 42124 Off-Road Buggy around the office, applying every last sticker to 42125 Ferrari 488 GTE AF CORSE #51, and smashing the new Monster Jam sets into each other in pursuit of our very serious, very authoritative verdict on the brand new Technic assortment.

Basically, Brick Fanatics HQ looks like our living rooms did on Christmas morning as kids. And given we’re only a handful of sleeps away from the big day, that seems pretty appropriate. So while you wait to see whether Santa has brought you any brick-shaped presents this year, you can indulge in our 2021 reviews to find out what January has in store.

The embargo for the below sets lifts on December 15. We’ll be publishing our reviews in the minutes, hours and days that follow.

We’ve already reviewed one LEGO Technic 2021 set, in the form of 42122 Jeep Wrangler. You can check out our in-depth verdict here. Otherwise, come back next week for more from the LEGO Group’s most technical theme – just as soon as we’ve finished playing with it all.

I like to think of myself as a journalist first, LEGO fan second, but we all know that’s not really the case. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. It’s like smoking, only worse. Thankfully, I get to write about LEGO until then.
