Here’s how to make your own LEGO Fortnite Loot Llama

You can now construct your very own LEGO Fortnite Loot Llama model, thanks to a handy set of official building instructions.

It’s been almost impossible to avoid the media juggernaut that is LEGO Fortnite over the last few days, with millions of players worldwide getting to grips with the new game mode. Representing the first collaboration between the LEGO Group and Epic Games (with more to come), the survival crafting adventure is now live and proving to be something of a smash hit.

In addition to the digital experience, you can also visit a LEGO Store Minifigure Factory and use unique elements to create your very own LEGO Fortnite minifigure. However, if you’re not able to make it down to your nearest bricks and mortar location, you could always try making your own LEGO Fortnite Loot Llama model.

5008257 MS LLAMA V29 was first spotted on the Product Certification page, then given away free at in-person promotional events. Brick Fanatics managed to pick up one of the sets at the recent super-secret LEGO Fortnite launch, spending quality hands-on time with the new game mode and chatting to its developers.

Fortunately, the LEGO Group has now released official building instructions for the first-ever LEGO Fortnite Loot Llama model, allowing you to recreate the set yourself from what look to be fairly common elements. While you may not have exactly the same pieces in your collection, it should still be possible to make a version of the brick-based animal that looks close enough.

It’s also worth noting that the title ‘Project Juno’ appears on the second page of the building instructions, which is the codename used by Epic Games for LEGO Fortnite. While the Loot Llama and Minifigure Factory builds are now out in the wild, there’s currently no word from the LEGO Group so far regarding the possibility of more LEGO Fortnite sets being released at some point in the future.
