Meet three LEGO Ideas fan designers – and pick up an exclusive GWP

LEGO Ideas fan designer Andrea Lattanzi has revealed an exclusive GWP for purchases of 21338 A-Frame Cabin made at an upcoming signing.

Not only will visitors to the LEGO Pop Up Store at Lucca Comics & Games in Italy be able to meet fan designers of several recent LEGO Ideas sets, but purchasing a copy of LEGO Ideas 21338 A-Frame Cabin will also include an exclusive GWP. There will be a total of three signing events, starting with Valentina Bima with 21353 The Botanical Garden on the day of its release on Friday, November 1 between 4pm and 6 pm.

Andrea Lattanzio, the fan designer behind 21338 A-Frame Cabin, will be available to meet on Saturday November 2 between 12pm and 2pm, along with his exclusive GWP, as pictured below and revealed on his Instagram.

Last but not least, later in the day on November 2 between 4pm and 6pm, the fan designer of 21348 Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon’s Tale, Lucas Bolt, will have his own meet and greet, as well as participating in an interview on Lucca Comics & Game Twitch channel in the afternoon of the same day.

There’s no confirmation that there will be similar GWPs for either 21348 Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon’s Tale or 21353 The Botanical Garden. Considering those sets are newer than 21338 A-Frame Cabin, which is due to retire in just a few months, it could be that the extra freebie is reserved for Andrea’s build.

The signings will all take place in Lucca’s Lucca Comic & Games event, where the LEGO Group has its first pop-up Certified Store, found in Piazza San Romano with a 90 square metre footprint. Visitors will also be able to take part in a LEGO challenge, with a flyer with instructions to be found somewhere in the store.

Tickets are still available to buy for the Italian event and need to be purchased in advance to guarantee access.

I write about all the very best fandoms – and that means LEGO, of course. Spending so much time looking at and talking about LEGO sets is dangerous for my bank balance, but the LEGO shelves are thriving. You win some, you lose some.
