LEGO Star Wars Yavin IV minifigures rumoured to include rare character

From the rumoured gunship to a possible Yavin IV set and models based on the Ahsoka series, more reported details have surfaced online.

Stonewars latest report includes more details on the slate of previously rumoured LEGO Star Wars sets including a UCS Venator-class Star Destroyer, a new Republic Gunship, Yavin IV’s rebel base and Ahsoka.

Their report states that the minifigures in the rumoured 75365 Yavin IV Rebel Base will include 15 minifigures consisting of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Leia Organa, R2-D2, C-3PO, Chewbacca, three Rebel troopers, General Crix Madine, two Rebel pilots, one member of the ground crew and at least one other pilot.

That possible selection includes the first minifigure of General Crix Madine since 2009’s 7754 Home One Mon Calamari Star Cruiser.

The report also states that 75354 Republic Gunship is based on the vehicles used by the Coruscant Guard, being dark red and white. That’s a notable change from every other LEGO Republic Gunship, which has always been the iconic green red and white.

75362 Ahsoka’s T-6 Shuttle is reported to include minifigures of Ahsoka Tano, Sabine Wren, the droid Professor Huyang and a possible inquisitor. Another potential Ahsoka set, 75364, is said to include a pilot in a New Republic outfit and a yellow astromech droid.

The potential minifigure selection for the rumoured 75365 Yavin IV Rebel Base is arguably the most intriguing aspect of the report but in any case, it could be an expensive year ahead for LEGO Star Wars collectors.

LEGO has been a part of my life ever since I was young. It all started when my brother passed down 7657 AT-ST to me. It’s guided me through my early years, through school and eventually through my degree in journalism. I still have all my collection proudly on display, including my many NINJAGO sets, my favourite of all the LEGO Group’s themes. Outside of Brick Fanatics I am an avid gamer and enjoy a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.
