Another new colour is on the way in 2026, debuting in LEGO Art

LEGO Art 31218 Japanese Cherry Blossom Landscape captures every shade of a pink sunset sky – including a new-to-LEGO colour.

Just as LEGO Botanicals debuts a new shade of purple, the reveal of 31218 Japanese Cherry Blossom Landscape has given us our first look at what appears to be a new shade of pink. The LEGO Art set aligns plates in various different shades of pink to create a gradient sunset sky, a striking contrast to the ombre blue of the water below.

The second lightest shade of pink comes in somewhere between coral and salmon, offering a new pink tone to the LEGO system. Of all the sets for it to make its first appearance in, 31218 Japanese Cherry Blossom Landscape is an excellent choice. Putting it next to so many other shades of pink helps to perfectly underline the place it takes up in the brick-based colour palette.
