New LEGO Harry Potter sets track all seven years of the franchise

From diminutive BrickHeadz to large-scale models, there’s a new LEGO Harry Potter set for everyone’s tastes right now.

With prices to meet virtually every price point, it’s a good time to be a LEGO Harry Potter fan right now, especially with a full wave of new sets in the theme available to buy right now. There are three new sets of LEGO Harry Potter BrickHeadz, covering four Quidditch players (one from each house) and two members of the Order of Phoenix. With plenty of cute details to pick up on in these duo sets, they make for neat entries to the theme.

Moving up slightly in size, the LEGO Harry Potter designers are making the most of the semi-recent development of covering events from throughout the series, with new sets bookending the franchise. 76423 Hogwarts Express & Hogsmeade Station kicks us off in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone with an early snapshot of the iconic train, while 76415 The Battle of Hogwarts recreates the climactic final battle between Voldemort and the Boy Who Lived (although in a rather underwhelmingly small build).

Other notable newcomers to the LEGO Harry Potter theme include the versatile 76414 Expecto Patronum, which can be built into two different blue Patronus animals, the reference-packed 76422 Diagon Alley: Weasleys’ Wizarding Wheezes, and 76421 Dobby the House Elf, which we can’t quite decide whether it’s adorable or creepy.

There’s plenty to get excited about within the LEGO Harry Potter theme, no matter what kind of sets you’re interested in – and they’re all available to buy right now. Here’s a reminder of all the details of the LEGO Harry Potter summer wave of 2023.

I write about all the very best fandoms – and that means LEGO, of course. Spending so much time looking at and talking about LEGO sets is dangerous for my bank balance, but the LEGO shelves are thriving. You win some, you lose some.
