Ahoy matey! New piratey LEGO rumour spotted on the horizon

The LEGO Group could be planning a pirate-themed LEGO House exclusive, according to the latest online rumours.

The company recently announced a new LEGO House guided tour on select dates, offering visitors the chance to get an exclusive up-close look at the giant builds, as well as a meal on top. You can also use VIP points to spend a day in the LEGO House in Billund.

The LEGO Group has already released an associated GWP for the LEGO House with 40563 Tribute to LEGO House, but now a set that’s exclusive to the attraction could be on its way. According to exabrickslegogo_ on Instagram, a buildable LEGO Classic Captain Pirate, in the same style as 76393 Harry Potter & Hermione Granger, could become a LEGO House exclusive.

As well as the brick-built figure itself, it’s believed that the model would include a LEGO treasure map and a stand to display the final model. There’s no word on the piece count or size, or the terms of how you would get your hands on a model.

However, in the past, sets that were originally exclusive to the LEGO House, like 21037 LEGO House, 40366 LEGO House Dinosaurs and 4000026 Tree of Creativity, have made it to sale online. This could well be the case again, but we won’t know any set is on its way for sure until we get confirmation from the LEGO Group. For now, we’ll have to take these rumours with a pinch of salt.
