Next LEGO Shops of the World 2024 GWP officially revealed

An official listing on the UK and European online LEGO stores confirms that 40684 Fruit Store is on its way as the next LEGO Shops of the World GWP for 2024.

Following mere rumours reported by Instagram user itavixbrix (via brick_clicker), we can now confirm that 40684 Fruit Store will be coming as a gift-with-purchase in 2024, thanks to an official listing from the LEGO Group. Much like its predecessor 40680 Flower Store, the compact microscale, modular build is packed full of colour, with a vibrant facade and an open back to reveal the inner workings of the shop within.

Although 40684 Fruit Store is listed as £17.99, it will be available as a GWP, likely on all orders above £180 / $200 / €200 at LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores, like the previous Shops of the World freebie. That’s £40 / $50 / €50 less than was required to pick up each of the four Houses of the World sets last year. There’s no word yet on when 40684 Fruit Store will become available but, with this listing now live, we’d hazard a guess it’s coming soon.

The interior, due to the compact size of the build, is predictably sparse but there are enough stud-sized details to warrant taking a second look, from the tiny ice cream machine on the ground floor to the plants dotted throughout the upper floor.

While 40684 Fruit Store is not currently available as a GWP, you can still snag 40683 Flower Trellis Display on all orders over £135 / $150 / €150 right now.
